End of the Year Beginning of the New Year: Retreat for individuals who don’t want to be Alone

All in the Family Counselling Centre and My New Beginnings Club are offering a very exciting opportunity for 4 to 6 individuals who want to end 2023 and start 2024 in a healthy, connected way by being a part of a healthy and supportive holiday festival retreat.
This retreat will be unlike other retreats. Holidays and the end of the year can be a difficult time for many people, especially if you are on your own or estranged from your family. We want to provide you with a positive warm and supportive experience to help you experience a positive end of the year and new year. This will be a full of life holiday and festive celebration to warm your heart and help you transition the end of the year.
If you want to be in a warm and supportive environment that will have lots of festive feel, growth, self-reflection and positive healthy experience to help you learn about yourself, develop and grow and at the same time feel safe and nurtured, this retreat is for you.
Tammy Fontana, your therapist, and her team have crafted a very unique experience. We are cultivating a retreat based on the Western tradition of Christmas spirit. It will be filled with traditional cultural activities, food, music and fun.
We have carefully crafted a trip that will be both active and restorative. It will be educational and fun. It will give you the opportunity to learn about yourself while being immersed the beautiful surrounds of the Mediterranean in Pula Croatia.
The Cost Per Person: $8000 SGD
(This does not include your airfare and travel insurance, which we recommend)
What is included in this price:
- You will have the option to be staying in your own Room in a house with 3 other members or an apartment off site and we will arrange for your transportation daily to the community house.In the join house itt will be a house that you share with your private room. There are 2 full bathrooms that will be shared with the other guests. We have designed this on purpose to create a cozy living arrangement so that we can assure people are not alone but surrounded by my team and others.
- The house is a large and in nature. It comes with a full kitchen that will be stocked with food. It has large yard and large inground swimming pool.
- We will be decorating the house with full Christmas flare.

- Transportation to and from the airport. We will require that everyone arrive and depart on the same day to have transportation included. If you wish to come earlier or stay longer we can help you (not included in the price) transportation from airport to pula is 300 EUR one way and would be charged on top of the current package. You can also get help to take the bus which is cheap and easy and nice.
- You have 24×7 team of Sanja and Zare Anic available to you. These are my team and will be available to you.
- All meals and activities are included. Not included are separate items you want to buy like souvenirs.
- We will have daily yoga in the morning at the house. If you want to go running Zare will take you.
- We will be having a Christmas eve Celebration of decorating and music and cookie baking. Gifts will be exchanged and different cultural traditions shared.
- Christmas Day will be a community made meal in which everyone will participate in the cooking and preparation of the food and sharing of traditions. Music, food and fun and games will be included.
- There will be daily activities that will need to be adapted depending on the weather. The weather at this time can be a bit unpredictable but we will adapt. There also many local Christmas traditions that will be happening in which we will be participating.

Tammy will be overseeing and coming by. Individual in person therapy can be arranged. It is not included in the package but will be at a special rate for this trip. She will have specific days and times available that people can select.
- Dates: Arrival to Zagreb December 22nd 2023and Departure from Zagreb December 29th December 22nd and December 29th are travel days. We recommend arriving 1 day early on December 21st if you are coming from SE Asia to ensure you can arrive and be on time. If you arrive on December 22nd we will arrange everyone to be transported to pula. December 22 and 29th are travel days, with the 22nd be also orientation in Pula.
- The Cost Per Person: $8000 SGD.
- 50% is due on Booking and is nonrefundable if you cancel. If AITFCC cancels you fee will be refunded in full. Balance of trip is due 20 days before the trip and is nonrefundable. IF AITFCC cancels we’ll refund in full. You are responsible for your plane ticket and insurance. We recommend Qatar airlines. You can fly into Zagreb airport. If you fly into Venice Airport we can arrange for you to be picked up at an additional fee.
- The trip fee is non negotiable. If you want adjustments ie private accommodation or different arrival dates, that will be charged above the base fee. There will be no reduction in the rate.
- We need a minimum of 3 people to attend to run the retreat and maximum of 6 persons.
- Early Bird Rate: Book by October 15th and the fee is $7250. Pay all in advance via bank transfer and the fee is $7100
- Booking after October 15th is $8000.
