How to Book an Appointment

We’re here to help you get started with therapy as smoothly as possible. Our appointments are available 7 days a week, from 12 PM to midnight (SGT).

Our appointments are 7 days a week from 12 pm to midnight Singapore time.

Choose one of the following options to book your session:

Option 1: Message Us Directly (Recommended)

Option 2: Schedule a 10-Minute Intro Call (Free)

Meet Ms. Fontana in a complimentary 10-minute introductory call to learn about her therapy style. This is not a therapy session but a quick consultation to help you decide if it’s a good fit.

– Then WhatsApp us your full name to confirm your slot.

We do offer the ability to get 10 free minutes with Ms. Fontana to meet her and ask her about her therapy style and process. This is not therapy but a chance to meet her and learn about her approach.
