Anger Management

- To realize that it is a normal thing to not get what you want in the exact way you want it.
- Learning how to accept second, third or even fourth choice.
- Learning self soothing and positive internal talk.
- Learning how to reframe and see new choices in the face of not getting what you want.
These are really key skills that every grown up needs to have in order to be successful and navigate life difficulties. People who have anger management problems are often people who have learned that anger would get what they want because they keep being with people who will accept it, until they don’t.
